Corruption is an unfortunate reality that can remain unnoticed for a prolonged period, notably when an organization lacks a robust anti-corruption culture. Corruption risks decrease when the board members and executive management are well-versed in anti-corruption practices.
By participating in The AACI programs, you can become well-informed about anti-corruption measures and better equipped to make sound decisions that align with ethical and anti-corruption standards.
As a board member or executive management, you have a fiduciary duty, duty of care, and loyalty toward your organization. You have to be, at the minimum, well-educated and trained in anti-corruption. Otherwise, you are in breach of at least two duties.
Together, Empowering Tone at the Top.
