Mike J. Masoud is a recognized authority in anti-corruption, internal control, and corporate governance, serving as the Senior Director of The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) across the Middle East and Africa.
A Certified Anti-Corruption Leader (CACL), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM), and passed the four parts of the U.S. CPA with distinguished scores, Mr. Masoud brings over two decades of strategic leadership, investigative experience, and advisory excellence to public and private institutions seeking to strengthen their defenses against fraud, corruption, and governance failures.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Masoud has consulted on complex litigation cases involving allegations of corporate fraud, improper financial reporting, and economic crimes. His expertise empowers executive leadership, boards of directors, and senior management teams to proactively deter, prevent, detect, and correct corruption risks through customized advisory, certification programs, empirical research, and specialized training.
Under Mr. Masoud’s leadership, The AACI’s Middle East and Africa initiatives have expanded significantly, forging strong partnerships with universities, governmental agencies, financial institutions, and corporations. He has been instrumental in introducing The AACI’s flagship certification programs — including the Certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) and the Certified Anti-Corruption Fellow (CACF) — to key markets and professional communities.
An MBA graduate with distinction from Pittsburg State University (Kansas, USA), Mr. Masoud is a member of leading international professional organizations, including:
