The first step to engaging university students to deter, prevent, and detect fraud and corruption starts with the Certified Anti-Corruption Fellow (CACF) program. It needs courageous and patriotic leadership to unleash tomorrow’s leaders’ potential. The nation shall lose the fight if the youth do not form a pillar in fighting corruption.
Upon passing the CACF exam, the student shall:
- Obtain a basic understanding of the nature and significance of the ten principles of fighting corruption promulgated by The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) to support him in understanding the resilience of anti-corruption policies and strategies.
- Form intelligent and fundamental informed questions of suspected and actual fraud and corruption.
- Form intelligent and fundamental informed questions about internal control and governance in
public and private sectors and non-profit entities. - Identify, assess, and evaluate fraud and corruption and differentiate between fraud and corruption and other illegal and unethical acts.
- Take part in anti-corruption activities in his community and country and raise anti-corruption awareness in their communities.
- Protect himself against all misconceptions about fraud and corruption.
- Play a proactive role in deterring and preventing culprits from committing their ill deeds.
