The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) commends the Lebanese Certified Anti-Corruption Managers (LCACM) for their unwavering commitment to accountability, transparency, and professional integrity in Lebanon.

In an official communique published yesterday by the National News Agency of Lebanon, the LCACM reaffirmed its role in advancing the nation’s anti-corruption agenda and highlighted the transformative efforts launched during the presidency of General Michel Aoun. The announcement marks a renewed focus on institutional accountability and the growing role of Certified Anti-Corruption Managers in combating corruption from within public and private systems.
We especially recognize Ms. Gina Chammas, President of LCACM and Senior Advisor of The AACI, for her exceptional leadership and patriotic service. Since 2019, Ms. Chammas has been instrumental in empowering a new generation of Certified Anti-Corruption Managers (CACMs), each equipped with the tools and knowledge to challenge systemic corruption and promote ethical governance.
The AACI reaffirms its strategic support to LCACM and all its members. We believe Lebanon’s long path to institutional reform begins with competence, courage, and a clear standard of professional conduct, embodied by the CACM designation.
Together, empowering tone at the top.
